Kindly keep this information confidential as you will need to present this upon delivery or pick up of your order.
We want you to enjoy your The Dreams of Venus as soon as possible. If we cannot deliver it to you, we will hold the item for you for another 30 days.

If you are still unable to receive your item of purchase within 30 days, we will offer it for sale and safe keep your payment with us. Don’t worry, you can always choose from any of our vast collections of jewelry pieces as a replacement and we assure you will find something that will definitely be of value to you.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed inside the Metro Manila will take 1-3 business days to arrive. For deliveries to other parts of the Philippines will vary depending on our partner courier lead time which may be 2-3 weeks. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We can allow you to return your jewelry piece to us in exchange for another of equal value. As long as it is returned in its original saleable condition within 15 days, accompanied by the receipt from our online store’s payment portal.
If after 15 days you are satisfied with your purchase then we congratulate you because you’ve made a beautiful lifelong investment.
No worries! Just let us know within 24 hours after payment and we will cancel the delivery. But if in any case you had another change of mind after 24 hours, our versatile exchange policy will allow you to choose from any of our collections as a suitable replacement, provided, of course, your choice for replacement is of equal selling price to your original order.
